What if I can't make it to a live training I registered for?
No problem, life happens! Just reach out at carmichael.finn@outlook.com and you can choose to attend the next offering.
I purchased a downloadable item, but it isn't downloading.
No problem, technology can be cranky! Just reach out at carmichael.finn@outlook.com and we will figure out a way to get you the files -- either directly to your email, horse and buggy (just kidding, but that would be pretty fancy), or a different way that works for the technology you are using. We will figure it out together.
I heard you do x,y,z training, but I do not see it on your site -- do you offer it anymore?
Live trainings are usually on a quarterly rotation. If you do not see it on the website, it is likely it was recently offered, and won't be again for another 3-4 months. You can create an account, join the community, and receive Newsletters to keep updated on when that particular training will be offered again.
Another option is to reach out at carmichael.finn@outlook.com and request the training. Either we can fit it in sooner if enough people are requesting it, your organization can host the training, or there are other options. The key is to reach out.
